What is MyPMZ?: Saving Searches

Once you have a search that covers just what you are looking for, you want to be able to easily view it again, right? That's the first benefit of saving a search - you can view it again with a single click but it does more. What if your needs change? With a click you can go back and update your search at any time, but there's still more.

We constantly compare your searches with the market to see if any new properties have become available. If so then we point them out as new when you log in. Not enough? Turn on Email Notification and we will email you when we find new matches as often as you tell us to. Not on only one search but on any search you have saved on any property type.

This feature comes in handy if you are looking in more than one area or town. You may also want to set different price ranges, add some acreage or look for an extra bedroom.

How do I view my saved searches?
When you are logged on you will have an orange menu in the upper left corner of the page called - My PMZ. By clicking on My Homepage you will see links to Saved Searches as well as Saved Properties and Rejected Properties.

When you are on a search results page you will a link called Saved Searches. This link will also take you to your Saved Searches page.
